As the principal of Brentwood Middle School, Andrew Loiterstein is committed to the academic, social, and emotional development of all students. Dr. Loiterstein is in his fifth year as the Principal of Brentwood Middle. He has previously been the principal of Rockwood Valley Middle School, and an assistant principal in the Mehlville School District. He also taught social studies to middle school students in two districts before becoming an administrator. He has a Bachelor of Science in education from the University of Missouri – Columbia, a Master’s Degree in education administration from Lindenwood University, and completed a Doctorate at Maryville University. Away from school, Dr. Loiterstein enjoys reading, watching Cardinals baseball, and spending time with his wife and three children.
